Job Description

We're hiring on behalf of a busy company who provide professional behind the scenes equipment within the broadcast, film & live events industries. They’re seeking a confident and organisedClient Support Executive / Bookings Coordinator to join their team on a 3-4 month contract, supporting them across their busy summer period.

The role involves:

  • Being the first point of contact for client queries
  • Managing bookings and coordinating logistics
  • Supporting internal teams to ensure smooth delivery
  • Maintaining accurate records and client communication

Ideal candidate:

  • Strong communicator with a client-focused approach
  • Highly organised and able to multitask
  • Experience in admin or customer-facing roles preferred

This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The role will be based fully on site in West London and please note the salary listed will be pro-rata.
