Job Description
We're hiring on behalf of a busy company who provide professional behind the scenes equipment within the broadcast, film & live events industries. They’re seeking a confident and organisedClient Support Executive / Bookings Coordinator to join their team on a 3-4 month contract, supporting them across their busy summer period.
The role involves:
- Being the first point of contact for client queries
- Managing bookings and coordinating logistics
- Supporting internal teams to ensure smooth delivery
- Maintaining accurate records and client communication
Ideal candidate:
- Strong communicator with a client-focused approach
- Highly organised and able to multitask
- Experience in admin or customer-facing roles preferred
This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The role will be based fully on site in West London and please note the salary listed will be pro-rata.
