We\’re hiring on behalf of a busy company who provide professional behind the scenes equipment within the broadcast, film & live events industries. Theyβre seeking a confident and organised Bookings & Location Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis, supporting them across their existing client base and projects. The role involves: Being the first point of contact for client queries Managing bookings and coordinating logistics Supporting internal teams to ensure smooth delivery Maintaining accurate records and client communication Ideal candidate: Strong communicator with a client-focused approach Highly organised and able to multitask Experience in admin or customer-facing roles preferred Prior experience working within a rental company or busy television/broadcast/media environment.
