Job Description
We’re hiring on behalf of a leading UK broadcast support company with over 25 years’ experience delivering cutting-edge technical solutions to some of the biggest names in television. They're looking for a senior-level Audio Guarantee to lead their audio department designing, building, and delivering bespoke systems across studio, location, and OB environments.
This is a hands-on technical leadership role blending in-house prep and real-world production, ideal for someone with strong experience in live, factual, and multicam TV formats.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, prep, and quality control of audio systems for broadcast productions
- Interpret client briefs and provide technical input to project teams
- Supervise rig and de-rig operations, including frequency planning and wireless coordination
- Manage and mentor junior audio team members
- Maintain and track inventory to ensure reliability and readiness
- Create documentation, rigging diagrams, and workflow checklists
- Stay current with industry technology and best practices
About You
- Significant experience as an Audio Guarantee, Broadcast Sound Supervisor, or Senior Audio Technician
- Comfortable leading teams and working collaboratively across departments
- Strong working knowledge of analogue, MADI, Dante and wireless systems
- Skilled in troubleshooting and delivering under pressure
- Confident in both fieldwork and warehouse environments
