Our client is seeking a talented Audio Engineer to join our Media Engineering team, this role is integral to delivering seamless audio systems and outgoing lines to partner broadcasters, both at international events and from the company’s headquarters. About the Role As an Audio Engineer, you will: Install, maintain, and operate broadcast audio equipment, with a focus on live international TV production. Assist in designing and upgrading audio engineering infrastructure to meet evolving broadcast requirements. Stay updated with advancements in TV broadcast audio engineering to enhance future solutions. Prepare detailed costing for upgrades and projects, ensuring they remain within budget. Rig and de-rig audio infrastructure at events. Guarantee high-quality audio signal flow and outgoing lines to our broadcast partners. Collaborate closely with vision, RF departments, and broadcast partners. What We’re Looking For Essential Skills & Experience Experience or understanding of large-scale TV outside broadcasts, including sound mixing and system guarantees. Proficiency in operating and setting up audio consoles. Experience with copper or RF-over-fiber systems. High computer literacy. Knowledge of audio-over-IP and remote production technologies. Understanding of operational signal flow in audio systems. Willingness to travel extensively internationally. Desirable Skills BSc in Broadcast Audio Engineering. Experience with large broadcast communication systems. Knowledge of PSC, field recording equipment, and broadcast-standard RF equipment. Working knowledge of AutoCAD. Travel Requirements: International travel is a key component of this role.
