We\’re currently recruiting on behalf of a large in-house creative agency that sits at the heart of a leading organisation within the broadcast and media sector. This team plays a key role in developing innovative, creative solutions and delivering campaigns across television, film, and digital platforms.
They are now looking for an Assistant Producer to join them on an initial 2-month contract. The role is offered on a hybrid basis, with 3 days a week on-site and 2 days working from home.
Responsibilities:
• Assist Producers and wider team in the production of high quality 360 advertising campaigns (TV, OOH, digital, press!).
• Work closely with creatives and designers to ensure they have what they need from maintaining team documents, resources and project and budget trackers.
• Plan and arrange resources e.g., booking edits, audio, grade, both in house and externally, plus voice over artists.
• Manages the delivery of promos to commercial TV, Cinema and radio, working with Clearcast, Compliance, Mastering, Peach, BBFC, RCC and other companies for seamless upload.
