Reporting to the Building Maintenance Manager, you will be City & Guilds A&B/1&2 (or later equivalent) and IEE 18th Edition Wiring Regulations, qualified in all aspects of electrical work and willing to complete subsequent relevant training/re-training. Applicants should have experience gained on both domestic and large commercial installations preferably in a School, University, FE College or NHS environment.
The position requires you to work alone using your initiative to complete works to programme, although you should be comfortable working alongside other tradespersons as the need arises. The position is 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Salary is from £35,000.
