Role Summary
As a Showroom Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience within our Mayfair showroom. Working closely with the Showroom Manager and existing team, you will support the day-to-day operations of the showroom, uphold the highest brand standards, and ensure every customer visit feels personal, welcoming, and memorable. This role is ideal for someone with experience in premium or luxury retail who is looking to grow their responsibilities while remaining highly customer-facing.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a warm, professional, and personalised customer experience at all times
- Support the Showroom Manager in achieving sales targets and maintaining strong performance
- Assist with the daily running of the showroom, including opening/closing procedures, security, and presentation standards
- Manage customer appointments and utilise CRM systems to personalise visits
- Support inventory management, stock accuracy, and POS operations
- Assist with team training, onboarding, and coaching where required
- Coordinate with internal teams to support product launches, events, and in-store activations
- Act as a key-holder and duty lead when required
- Maintain excellent product knowledge across collections, brand stories, and watchmaking trends
About You
We’re looking for someone who brings:

- Experience in a premium or luxury retail environment
- Confidence and professionalism when engaging with clients, colleagues, and VIP customers
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commercial awareness and attention to detail
- Pride in maintaining high showroom and brand standards
Preferred Experience
- Background in watches, jewellery, or personal shopping
- Experience supporting showroom or store operations
- Familiarity with CRM systems, POS, and retail reporting
- Interest in storytelling, hospitality, and brand immersion
Based on-site in our Mayfair showroom. Working hours to be confirmed, with flexibility required around events and peak trading periods. 25 days holiday plus public holidays (increasing after 2 years’ service). Birthday day off (if it falls on a working day). Private medical insurance or £35 monthly wellness allowance. Fully subsidised life insurance (4x salary). Discretionary company bonus scheme.
