We're working with an amazing brand, a fast-growing, founder-led lifestyle brand on a mission to bring wellness to everyone. Since launch they've built a loyal, engaged community and now we're looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to help them scale that growth even further. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who lives and breathes paid media and wants real ownership over how we grow.

What you'll do:

  • Own and optimise paid performance across Meta, TikTok, Google and other key channels from strategy through to execution.
  • Manage budget allocation across channels to hit CPA, ROAS and LTV targets.
  • Partner closely with creative and content teams to brief, test and iterate on ad creative at pace.
  • Build and maintain reporting dashboards, translating data into clear, actionable insight for leadership.
  • Run a disciplined testing roadmap - audiences, creative, offers, landing pages in order to keep unlocking efficiency and scale.
  • Keep a close eye on the wider DTC and lifestyle landscape, bringing new platforms, formats and tactics to the table.
  • Work cross-functionally with brand, ecommerce and CRM teams to ensure paid supports the full customer journey.

What we're looking for:

  • 3-5+ years' experience in performance marketing, ideally within a DTC or lifestyle brand environment.
  • Proven track record managing significant paid media budgets and delivering against ROAS/CPA targets.
  • Strong analytical skills comfortable in GA4, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager and reporting tools.
  • A sharp instinct for what makes lifestyle content and creative perform.
  • Excellent communication skills and the confidence to work directly with founders/senior leadership.
  • A test-and-learn mindset, with the discipline to make decisions backed by data.
