Our client is a hugely creative and leading Architects who create and design urban and hugely stylish spaces around London. Their stunning offices are based in Central London in a collaborative and creative studio. Their team currently comprises 46 talented, diverse architects and have received numerous awards including being voted as one of the 40 Under 40 Practices.

This role is all encompassing and will see you being a swivel point to the team and clients and ensuring a fabulous office culture and environment, working closely with the Studio Manager. They are a hugely social bunch too with lots of fun events throughout the year.

Role description:

  • Front of house duties, welcome clients, customers, and guests.
  • Service meeting rooms, organise refreshments (teas, coffees).
  • Sort company correspondence, including phone calls, emails, letters, and packages.
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies, including stationery and supplies to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Administrative duties including organising meetings, diaries and travel.
  • Organise and support CPD sessions for the office.
  • Ensure the office is presented to a high standard at all times.
  • Accounts support, analysing statements, filing, and document management
  • Support studio manager on any overflowing tasks including but not limited to socials and event support.
