Our client is an independent, fast‐scaling ad‐tech company building trusted technology for publishers, agencies, and brands. They are now seeking a Marketing Manager to own and drive all marketing activity. This is a high‐impact role combining strategic thinking with hands‐on execution, working closely with the founders to build credibility, awareness, and inbound demand as the business scales.

You will have full ownership of the marketing function, from shaping their narrative in the market to executing campaigns that build trust with publishers, agencies, and industry partners. This role is ideal for someone comfortable operating independently, with visibility and accountability from day one. Key Responsibilities
  • Build and manage strong relationships with key industry bodies including IAB, AOP, and wider ad‐tech and publishing organisations to drive trust, visibility, and credibility.
  • Own PR activity, maintaining top‐tier publisher and media relationships with relevant trade press.
  • Develop and publish thought‐leadership content and product‐focused blogs that clearly communicate their value and innovation.
  • Plan, execute, and host events, including vertical‐specific breakfasts and roundtables for clients, agencies, and publishers.
  • Own all social media channels, sharing company updates, new hires, product launches, event activity, and industry insights.
  • Lead end‐to‐end event planning, execution, and budgeting.
  • Create, own, and manage the full marketing strategy, roadmap, and budget.
  • Track performance and provide weekly progress updates to founders with clear insights and recommendations.
About You
  • Proven experience in B2B marketing, ideally within ad‐tech, mar‐tech, SaaS, or media.
  • Comfortable owning marketing end‐to‐end in a lean, scaling environment.
  • Strong written communication skills with experience producing thought leadership and PR‐ready content.
  • Well‐connected or confident building relationships across the ad‐tech and publishing ecosystem.
  • Organised, proactive, and commercially minded, with a hands‐on approach.
