As Head of People at this well known, integrated Comms Agency, you will be leading on all things people related for this award winning agency of 200+ experts who work with some of the world’s most loved and successful brands. The Head of People reports to the Chief Executive and is responsible for managing the People Advisor, People Co-ordinator and Talent Partner. You will manage and oversee the people function to create and maintain overall employee experience. As part of a small team with a large remit you will be a generalist who is comfortable operating at both a strategic and operational level, you are a strategist as well as a doer! You will have an entrepreneurial spirit, with previous experience of operating in a dynamic, complex, fast paced environment, where clear structure and process may not always be apparent and where you can really make a difference to the entire employee experience and in an environment where your decisions are appreciated and recognised. You will be looking to build a position of trust with senior leaders and enjoy providing support, advice and guidance that improves team and personal performance. You will use your experience of developing and leading successful people management initiatives, including restructuring and change. You will strategically partner with the CEO, Practice Heads, Line Managers and external partners to drive the creation of a high performing and inclusive culture and work environment. This is a high profile, rewarding Head of People role, with a great team supporting you and a hands on, people first CEO. Ideally you will have worked in an agency or media environment and will have had experience of TUPE and M&A
