The Role

You’ll lead CRM and loyalty initiatives across email, app, SMS and emerging channels, creating highly personalised customer journeys that drive engagement, repeat purchase and long-term value. You’ll also play a key role in launching and growing a new rewards programme and enhancing the customer experience across both B2C and B2B audiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and optimise lifecycle journeys across multiple channels
  • Develop segmentation and personalisation strategies
  • Launch and manage a customer rewards and loyalty programme
  • Own CRM communications calendars and campaign execution
  • Introduce conversational channels such as WhatsApp
  • Analyse performance and drive continuous optimisation
  • Partner cross-functionally with marketing, ecommerce and operations teams
  • Ensure best practice in data management and GDPR compliance

About You

  • 3+ years' experience in CRM, retention or lifecycle marketing
  • Strong hands‑on experience with Klaviyo or a similar ESP
  • HubSpot experience is advantageous
  • Experience launching or managing loyalty programmes is highly desirable
  • Data-driven, analytical and commercially minded
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
