For over 10 years they have helped brands discover new customers and unlock incremental growth by combining rich behavioural insight with precision programmatic activation. They are now looking for a driven, detail-loving and strategically minded Client Services Account Manager to join the growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with solid client-facing experience and who’s passionate about digital media, programmatic advertising, and building high-impact client relationships.
You will work closely with senior leaders and delivery teams to manage day-to-day client relationships, plan and oversee programmatic campaigns, and uncover new growth opportunities:
- Own day-to-day client communications, building trust and demonstrating strategic value at every touchpoint.
- Act as the key link between client stakeholders and our internal teams (sales, tech, creative, trading).
- Use planning tools, first-party data and audience insights to craft impactful media plans.
- Collaborate with traders and performance specialists to optimise campaigns in-flight.
- Ensure timely forecasting and accurate reporting of financials and performance.
- Maintain excellent internal process hygiene (status docs, briefings, timelines, POs).
- Spot inefficiencies and suggest new tools, tactics or services to improve our client offering.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activity and client category news.
- Champion new ideas—from creative asset suggestions to smarter ways of working.
- Support the sales team at events and new business meetings when needed.
- Share learnings and successes with the team, helping us all level up.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role within digital media, agency, or ad tech business.
- Strong understanding of Programmatic Advertising and audience planning.
- Exceptional communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive attitude with a creative, solutions-first mindset.
- Confidence using Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook; bonus if you’ve used Adobe, Notion, or AI tools like ChatGPT.
