The Role

As Senior Product Manager, you’ll take full ownership of the end-to-end product lifecycle from design handover through to production and delivery. Reporting to the Head of Product, you’ll ensure products are technically sound, commercially viable, and delivered on time, all while maintaining the highest standards of quality and brand integrity. This is a pivotal leadership role where you’ll drive operational excellence, influence product strategy, and elevate the brand’s global offering.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Product & Critical Path Ownership
    • Own the full product lifecycle from concept to warehouse intake
    • Manage development calendars, ensuring key milestones are met
    • Ensure sampling accuracy and production readiness
    • Identify risks and proactively resolve development challenges
  • Cost & Margin Management
    • Deliver cost prices aligned with margin targets
    • Lead supplier negotiations within commercial parameters
    • Identify and drive cost efficiencies without compromising quality
  • Production & Supplier Management
    • Oversee production planning across all product categories
    • Build and manage strong factory relationships
    • Negotiate MOQs, timelines, and capacity planning
    • Ensure on-time delivery across all product drops
  • Quality & Product Integrity
    • Drive initiatives to reduce returns and improve product quality
    • Maintain high standards across materials, fit, and construction
    • Monitor supplier performance and implement improvements
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Partner with Design, Merchandising, and Marketing teams
    • Align product delivery with campaign and trading calendars
    • Communicate clearly on timelines, risks, and progress
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead Product Development, Garment Tech, and Production teams
    • Set priorities and ensure delivery against key milestones
    • Coach and develop team members
    • Build scalable, high-performing processes

You are:

  • Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams
  • Skilled in process optimisation and operational strategy
