We are a niche litigation firm, looking for experienced litigation solicitors who have the expertise and dedication needed to provide an excellent service for our clients and win cases for them. We are looking for consultant solicitors used to working on a contract basis and looking for additional high quality work.
We specialise in director/shareholder disputes, with some professional negligence, contentious probate and general litigation thrown in. We want to improve the business environment in England by working with principled business owners to help them prevail against others seeking to undermine them or rip them off. You will be required to provide peer reviews of cases to ensure our standards are kept high.
We will provide you with the software required to run the cases remotely. We will also provide regular personal contact to ensure you get the support and assistance you want.
You will have at least five years\’ pqe in commercial litigation with the experience needed to successfully pursue director/shareholder disputes independently. You will need to be willing and able to provide our clients with a high level of personal service and the advice and assistance they need to get excellent results. You will be required to provide peer reviews of cases to ensure our standards are kept high.
Remuneration will be on the basis of a 50% share of fees billed and paid. Our fees are based on Central London rates and on providing an excellent service. We are happy to discuss charge out rates with you. Currently, Grade A fee earners with our firm charge £390 per hour.
