We are seeking an experienced and driven lawyer to join a well-established and expanding Residential Property team with a client of ours. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with any level post-qualification experience, or qualified by experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire conveyancing process from instruction to completion
• Handle your own caseload with minimal supervision
• Assist with post-completion registrations when needed
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal procedures

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience in Residential Property – as a fee earner
• Strong organisational and administrative skills
• Client-focused with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Case Management Systems
• Ability to work as part of a team and individually when needed
