Responsibilities:- Manage your own portfolio of clients, working closely with partners
- Review and prepare statutory accounts, including more complex cases
- Oversee and review work completed by juniors and semi seniors – bookkeeping, VAT returns, and accounts
- Provide technical advice to clients, answering queries and offering proactive support
- Get involved with management accounts and corporate tax return reviews
- Option to expand into audit, personal tax, or other areas depending on your interest
- Mentor and train junior staff, playing an important part in team development
- Qualified (ACA/ACCA) preferred but not essential
