You\’ll be supported by the wider team to relieve pressure through busy periods and so that you can always ask questions, with the opportunity to assist fee earners DOE.

The role:
Your caseload will include a mixed bag of transactions.
– freehold and leasehold transactions
– sales and purchases
– mortgages and remortgages
– transfers of equity
– equity release
– lease extensions
+ More responsibilities if you are at a paralegal level
The client will offer training to the right candidate, but do expect some level of experience in conveyancing, as they couldn\’t support a candidate who needs training from scratch.
