£55,000 - £70,000 depending on experience
In this role, you'll manage a portfolio of audit clients, oversee assignments from planning through to completion, and lead a team of auditors within a growing Top 20 accountancy practice.

We're recruiting for an established Top 20 accountancy firm in Rochester that's continuing to grow its audit department.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Audit Manager looking for interesting clients, genuine career progression and a firm that recognises the importance of realistic workloads and a supportive working environment.
The Role
- Managing a varied portfolio of audit clients across different sectors
- Overseeing audits from planning through to completion
- Reviewing audit files, working papers and statutory accounts
- Ensuring compliance with UK auditing and accounting standards
- Leading audit planning and completion meetings
- Acting as the main point of contact for clients
- Managing team workloads, resources and deadlines
- Providing technical guidance and resolving complex audit queries
- Coaching and developing Audit Seniors and junior staff
- Working closely with the Responsible Individual on technical and commercial matters
About You
You'll need to be ACA or ACCA qualified, with experience working at Audit Manager level within a UK accountancy practice.
You'll have strong technical audit knowledge, confidence managing client relationships and the ability to lead a team while maintaining high standards.
