We are seeking a talented and motivated Property Solicitor to join a well-established, boutique law firm in Winchester in 2025.
About the Role
You will be involved in a diverse caseload spanning Commercial Property, High-Value Residential Property, Agricultural Land, and Rural Estates. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with experienced partners and play a key role in the future development of the department.
Responsibilities
- Handle a mixed caseload with a focus on Commercial Property and Agricultural Estates.
- Support partners on a range of real estate matters, including transactions, leases, and land management.
- Assist, where necessary, with Residential Property files.
- Deliver practical, client-focused advice with a high level of personal service.
- Contribute to the growth and long-term success of the firm.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years PQE in a Property-focused role (essential).
Required Skills
- Strong client relationship skills and a proactive approach.
- Previous experience in a mixed property environment is advantageous.
- Interest in commercial, rural, and agricultural property law.
