A well-established and growing law firm in Portsmouth is looking to appoint a Private Client Head of Department to lead and develop its existing team. This is a key strategic hire, offering the opportunity to take ownership of a respected department while still maintaining a hands-on caseload. You’ll be joining a firm with a strong local reputation and a loyal client base, with plenty of scope to shape the future direction of the Private Client offering.
The role will involve:
- Leading and developing the Private Client team
- Managing a varied caseload including Wills, Probate, Trusts and LPAs
- Supporting and mentoring junior lawyers and support staff
- Contributing to the growth and ongoing success of the department
- Maintaining and building client relationships
