A well-established law firm in Portsmouth is looking to appoint a Head of Private Client to lead and further develop its existing department. This is a senior appointment with real scope to shape the direction of the team. The firm already has a solid Private Client offering in place, and is now looking for an experienced lawyer who can drive the department forward while maintaining a high standard of client service.
You’ll take on a mix of leadership and fee-earning responsibilities, supported by an established team and administrative staff. The role will involve:
- Leading and developing the Private Client department
- Managing a varied caseload including Wills, Probate, Trusts and LPAs
- Supervising and mentoring junior lawyers and support staff
- Contributing to the strategic growth of the department
- Maintaining and developing client relationships and referrer networks
