Mixed caseload, working alongside highly experienced and supportive conveyancers. Our client, based in PORTSMOUTH, is looking to continue the success of their Residential Property team into the new year. Following a strong period of growth, they are now seeking an additional fee earner to help support increasing demand and maintain their excellent service standards.
You’ll be supported by a knowledgeable assistant, giving you the capacity to bill well and focus on fee-earning work rather than administrative tasks. The role offers a varied residential conveyancing caseload with a strong focus on the local market, giving you exposure to a broad mix of clients, including repeat and referral business.
You’ll have the opportunity to broaden your technical expertise and develop into a well-rounded conveyancer, whether you come from a solicitor, CLC, or experienced paralegal background. As the department continues to expand, there will be scope for clear career progression, with titles such as Associate and Senior Associate available, as well as potential routes into team management if that interests you.
