Our client has opened a new vacancy within their conveyancing team. They are looking for a legal secretary/assistant to join their team.
This is a lovely role for a candidate seeking good work-life balance while remaining well paid, as you will never (EVER) be expected to work late.
Your role will work closely alongside a fee earner, and your goal will be to take on some of their administrative work so that they can focus on fee-earning.
Responsibilities
- Handling new enquiries via phone and email
- Updating clients throughout the conveyancing process
- Filling out and filling in conveyancing forms
- Managing the diary of the fee earner
