This is a great move for someone stepping up from Assistant Manager, or an established Manager looking for a more collaborative, people-focused environment.

The Role

  • A broad, client-facing role with a mix of compliance and advisory work across both corporate and personal tax:
  • Managing a varied portfolio – HNWIs, company directors, OMBs, SMEs, and larger groups
  • Overseeing corporate tax and personal tax compliance
  • Delivering advisory work (structuring, planning, CGT, IHT, Trusts etc. – training can be provided in some areas)
  • Acting as a key contact for clients, providing proactive advice
  • Supporting and mentoring junior staff, reviewing work
  • Working closely with Partners on complex projects and business development

What They’re Looking For

  • Strong experience in practice across corporate and/or personal tax
  • Keen to develop technically and progress your career

Why This Role Stands Out

  • Clear progression route to Senior Manager and beyond
  • Hybrid and flexible working – genuine work‑life balance
  • Supportive, down‑to‑earth team (no corporate feel)
  • Exposure to interesting, higher‑level advisory work
  • Ongoing development – both technical and leadership

Even if your experience leans more toward one area of tax, we’d still encourage a conversation – this firm is open to developing the right person.
