We are seeking an experienced and driven Solicitor to join a well-established and expanding Residential Property team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with any level post-qualification experience, or qualified by experience. Responsibilities
- Manage the entire conveyancing process from instruction to completion
- Handle your own caseload with minimal supervision
- Assist with post-completion registrations when needed
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal procedures
Qualifications
- Experience in Residential Property – as a fee earner
Required Skills
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Client-focused with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Case Management Systems
- Ability to work as part of a team and individually when needed
Preferred Skills
