Our client in Tunbridge Wells is looking for a Conveyancing Assistant - Paralegal to join their busy and collaborative team. You'll be supported by the wider team to relieve pressure through busy periods and so that you can always ask questions, with the opportunity to assist fee earners DOE. The firm pride themselves on providing an excellent service to all its clients and sees this as just as important as revenue.

The role:

  • Your caseload will include a mixed bag of transactions:
  • Freehold and leasehold transactions
  • Sales and purchases
  • Mortgages and remortgages
  • Transfers of equity
  • Equity release
  • Lease extensions
  • More responsibilities if you are at a paralegal level

The client will offer training to the right candidate, but do expect some level of experience in conveyancing, as they couldn’t support a candidate who needs training from scratch.
