We are working with a growing and highly regarded accountancy practice based in Alton that is looking to recruit an Accounts Semi Senior to join their expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with practice experience who is keen to continue developing their technical skills in a firm that genuinely supports long-term career progression. The Role
This will be a varied position offering exposure to both accounts preparation and audit work. Typical responsibilities will include:
- Preparing year-end accounts for limited companies, sole traders, and partnerships
- Completing VAT returns and assisting with management accounts
- Assisting on audit assignments (around 20% of the role), helping with planning, fieldwork, and completion
- Liaising with clients to request information and answer queries
- Supporting and learning from senior members of the team
You will gain exposure to a varied client base across different sectors, helping you build strong technical experience early in your career.
