We are seeking a VP of Engineering/CTO to join an innovative start-up who are making waves in the legal-tech industry through a unified cloud-based platform. You will be responsible for growing a very large RoR app, so previous experience doing this is essential.

Ideally, you will have experience growing teams to 30+ engineers and knowing how to get the best out of them. AI native is the word of the day, and we are looking for someone who sees LLMs (like Claude Code, Grok, or GitHub Copilot) as their superpower to ship high-quality code at speed.

The team is distributed globally, so being comfortable working remotely is a must.
