Operations Associate – London – Hybrid Working – Up To £30,000 p/a

Christopher Ali are recruiting on behalf of a fast growing technology business working with a range of High Street brands, collecting data for them and providing insights to support their decision making.

They are looking for a motivated self-starter to join the Ops team and help them scale efficiently through an exciting period of growth! You’ll help ensure the delivery high quality data to clients by reviewing jobs completed through their platform, and supporting our community members.

This is a particularly great time to come aboard the Operations team, as they drive the business to scale and grow out the function. This role gets you right to the heart of the business – working with other teams to solve problems, execute improvements, and make things better for Clients and Community. You’ll get direct exposure to lots of senior members of the business, with loads of opportunity to learn and develop!

Responsibilities:

  • Managing our QA queue daily to ensure we are reviewing jobs quickly to meet both customer and client needs
  • Reviewing jobs (QA) submitted by our customers to ensure jobs are completed accurately and provide our clients with useful data
  • Working with our team of reviewers to co-ordinate work and solve problems
  • Supporting customers via live chat and email, ensuring they receive high quality support to help them complete jobs accurately
  • Owning and solving complex issues or escalations, and replying to complaints
  • Working with Head of Operations and other senior members to build out Support offering and best practice
  • Helping us scale our Operations through lots of growth!

Skills and Experience:

  • University Grad preferred.
  • 0 – 2 years previous experience. No prior experience in a role like this is necessary -we’re looking for someone self-motivated and driven, who is excited about joining a start-up mission
  • You’re happy to roll your sleeves up and get stuck into things, and don’t wait to be asked to share an idea.
  • You’re incredibly organised, and excellent at prioritising your time. You know how to keep track of lots of tasks, and feel comfortable navigating competing deadlines
  • You’re comfortable with numbers and have some basic skills in google sheets or excel.
  • A test and learn mindset – you’re ready to come on board to help us build out new ways of doing things, and learning along the way
  • You’re ambitious and keen to grow alongside a fast-growing business
