We’re hiring a Senior or Principal Consultant to join our tech recruitment team, with a focus on software engineering. What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Managing the full 360 recruitment cycle — from business development to candidate placement.
  • Winning new clients through outreach, referrals, and building real relationships.
  • Partnering closely with software engineering talent across your niche.
  • Offering strategic insight to clients and candidates alike — not just filling roles.
  • Playing a key role in the growth of our team and business.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2 - 3 years of tech recruitment experience, ideally with strong exposure to the software/platform engineering space.
  • Proven track record of billings — especially at the senior/principal level (£250k+ annually).
  • Confidence in your ability to bring in new business and nurture long-term partnerships.
  • A self-starter mindset — you take ownership, stay consistent, and drive results.
  • Clear communicator with a collaborative approach.
  • Someone who’s ambitious but grounded, and values quality over shortcuts.
