Customer Delivery Manager – Hybrid Working – £45,000 p/a – London
Base Pay Range: ÂŁ45,000 per annum
As a Customer Delivery Manager, you will delight key clients with expert delivery. You will liaise closely with clients to understand their business problems, build clear question sets, create creative solutions, and capture relevant data points.
Day to Day Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery management of key accounts.
- Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and how to support them.
- Compose question sets that form the basis of job templates, meeting the data collection requirements.
- Lead by example in the delivery team, using best practice delivery methods to ensure seamless end-to-end delivery and completion of projects.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure deadlines are met and deliver insightful data back to the client.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to understand client expectations and provide support and guidance in client calls.
- Co‑operate with the Data team so that your templates enable clear data presentation.
- Partner with the Community team to monitor project performance, optimise route to market, and identify interventions needed for deadline compliance.
- Engage with the Tech team to review and develop technological capabilities for system optimisation.
- Coordinate with the Operations team to build jobs, review submissions, and support the community in completion.
Skills and Experience
- Excellent IT literacy; strong experience in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Experience in a customer‑facing role with exceptional customer service.
- Strong project management and administrative skills, able to balance multiple projects and priorities.
- Experience within an Operations, Delivery or Development team.
- Experience in a solutions‑focused or technology‑based environment (advantageous).
- Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with people at all levels.
- Great team player – collaborative, supportive, and without ego.
- Results‑driven and problem‑solving, thriving in an environment of accountability and occasional ambiguity.
