Client/Account Manager (Retail) - Hybrid Working 2 x days per week in office - £45,000-£50,000 p/a + Commission - London
Christopher Ali are recruiting on behalf of a fast growing technology business working with a range of High Street brands, collecting data for them and providing insights to support their decision making. They are looking for a Client Success Manager/Account Manager who will be responsible for ensuring the success of both new and existing clients.
From initial client brief, through to final reporting you will be responsible for capturing all client requirements in detail, ensuring we find the best solutions to accommodate and continually deliver to the highest standards, exceeding client expectations at any given opportunity.
Due to having multiple projects running at any one time, attention to detail and great organisational skills will be key in this role, as well as keeping clients well informed throughout and building strong long term relationships. This role will require 2 days per week in the office. Base Salary + Commission for up/cross sales.
Day to day:
- Meet with clients to discuss and record detailed brief and requirements.
- Keep on top of clients issues promptly without delay and ensure appropriate action is taken when required.
- Create programme planners working back from go-live to ensure all steps are being completed at the necessary pace.
- Build trusting relationships with key industry prospects.
- Work closely with the Delivery team to understand the end-to-end process, and share updates on capacity and project completion with the wider Sales team.
- Work hand in hand with Data Analysts to deliver clients vision.
- Be creative with new ideas to develop and evolve the service currently being provided and continually raise the bar to keep impressing clients with out of the box thinking.
Skills and experience needed:
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects/campaigns.

- Extensive experience in creating impactful materials and toolkits, such as pitch decks and sales playbooks.
- Proficiency in HubSpot (or similar CRM platforms) and essential office applications (Microsoft Office, GSuite) ensures seamless integration.
- Start-up experience helpful but not essential.
- Experience working with retail/High-Street brands highly beneficial.
