Why This Role Matters We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to lead the implementation of Salesforce (Financial Services Cloud, Sales, and Service modules). This is a technology and business transformation program to replace a legacy CRM and is a pivotal role in enhancing our client relationship management and operational efficiency.

How You'll Make an Impact Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Salesforce Implementation: Oversee the end-to-end implementation of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Sales, and Service modules, ensuring alignment with business objectives and seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Christie’s Technology Group (CTG), Service Operations teams, client management teams, to ensure incremental delivery that meets the highest value business outcomes.
  • Cooperation with Implementation Partner(s) and System Integrators: Working in a multi-vendor environment you will need to provide leadership to our partners to ensure their successful delivery.
  • Line management and indirect people management: It is expected that Business Analysts will be working with you on this implementation and at least one will report to you. You will be responsible for their professional development and growth.
  • Data Management: Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with industry regulations. Implement best practices for data management.
  • Optimisation: Continuously optimize the platform to enhance user experience and operational efficiency. Direct the customisation decisions of Salesforce solutions to meet the unique needs of an Auction House whilst ensuring that we are leveraging the “out-of-the box” features and workflows optimally.
  • Change Management and Training: Collaborate with Change and Training teams to ensure smooth adoption and utilization of Salesforce.
  • Strategic alignment and Performance Monitoring: Define and report on Objectives and Key Results to measure the success of the Salesforce implementation and identify areas for improvement.

What you’ll bring to the team Experience:

  • Demonstrated long-term experience in product management, and at least one Salesforce implementation (not just BAU), ideally in the financial services, wealth management, or luxury sectors.
  • Certifications: Certified in Salesforce (Trailhead badges), Scrum and PRINCE2 methodologies.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Sales, and Service modules. Strong understanding of CRM systems and data management.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of either Art market, wealth management or luxury sectors, with the ability to tailor solutions to meet the needs of high-net-worth clients.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
