A natural problem-solver, they will be inquisitive and eager to learn across functions. This role is positioned within Christie’s in-house Creative Studio and involves close collaboration with the Marketing, Creative, and Specialist teams to produce original content and articulate brand messaging that reflects Christie’s tone of voice and resonates with our target audience.

As Social Media Executive, you will be an integral part of Christie’s EMEA social media team. Reporting to the EMEA Social Media Manager, you will play a key role in content coordination and scheduling for EMEA-driven posts across Christie’s corporate social media channels. These will focus on auctions, events, and business priorities throughout the region, with a particular emphasis on the Middle East.

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Assist the Social Media Manager in executing the EMEA Social Media Strategy, in line with global guidelines.
  • Coordinate on daily social media posts across all channels, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, X and YouTube Shorts.
  • Create design and video-led content for all social channels, with a keen eye for luxury storytelling.
  • Assist the Social Media Manager with weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly reporting – being data driven is a must.
  • Manage the execution of the @christiesmiddleeast Instagram strategy including day-to-day social plan and content creation.
  • Develop positive working relationships with internal stakeholders across London, Paris, Geneva, Middle East and New York City.
  • Work closely with the Creative Leads (Design and Copy) to ensure all social content is on brand and follows studio process.
  • Support the Social Media Manager in organizing influencer events.

What you’ll bring to the team

  • Demonstrable years working in a luxury brand, in-house agency or marketing department.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects and tasks, often with tight deadlines.
  • Have a strong attention to detail and understand how to drive engaging social content across multiple social platforms, ideally with a background in art and/or luxury.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Excellent understanding of grammar, tone, and storytelling.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and organisation skills.
  • Ability to work in a reactive environment with fast turnaround times.
  • Enthusiastic about the art and luxury market.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
