- Supporting the team in the day-to-day running of the Department (in situ and remotely)
- Supporting with pre-sale and post-sale tasks (sourcing high res images, condition reports, invoices)
- Shipping requests and shipments coordination – ensuring shipments are handled in a timely manner and all relevant updates provided to the advisors/Project Manager
- Liaising with IT to resolve any issues with office equipment in a timely manner
- Responsible for collecting and distributing post
- Maintaining stationery supplies in the Department
- Arranging couriers, maintaining printers
- Ensuring that all telephone calls are answered and messages passed on
- Meeting clients at the office, taking them to the meeting room and assisting with required refreshments
- Maintaining the catalogue inventory and allocation among team members
- Updating the Team weekly on the global calendar and sale contacts
- Prospective client research
- Assisting with ad-hoc client buying research and requirements
- Any other tasks required as and when they arise
- Ensuring that the Client Advisory team receives highly detailed and accurate level of support
Requirements:
- Educated to degree level or demonstrable relevant experience with a strong interest in administration essential
- Superb attention to detail and exceptional interpersonal skills
- Team player, motivated, with a passion and dedication for Christie’s
- Process-driven and logical thinker
- Language skills (fluent in English) plus one other language preferred
- Strong IT skills with knowledge of all Microsoft packages
- Ability to prioritise and work under tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy
- Positive approach and problem-solving skills
- Ability to demonstrate client-facing experience
- Previous work experience will be considered an advantage
