  • Supporting the team in the day-to-day running of the Department (in situ and remotely)
  • Supporting with pre-sale and post-sale tasks (sourcing high res images, condition reports, invoices)
  • Shipping requests and shipments coordination – ensuring shipments are handled in a timely manner and all relevant updates provided to the advisors/Project Manager
  • Liaising with IT to resolve any issues with office equipment in a timely manner
  • Responsible for collecting and distributing post
  • Maintaining stationery supplies in the Department
  • Arranging couriers, maintaining printers
  • Ensuring that all telephone calls are answered and messages passed on
  • Meeting clients at the office, taking them to the meeting room and assisting with required refreshments
  • Maintaining the catalogue inventory and allocation among team members
  • Updating the Team weekly on the global calendar and sale contacts
  • Prospective client research
  • Assisting with ad-hoc client buying research and requirements
  • Any other tasks required as and when they arise
  • Ensuring that the Client Advisory team receives highly detailed and accurate level of support

Requirements:

  • Educated to degree level or demonstrable relevant experience with a strong interest in administration essential
  • Superb attention to detail and exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Team player, motivated, with a passion and dedication for Christie’s
  • Process-driven and logical thinker
  • Language skills (fluent in English) plus one other language preferred
  • Strong IT skills with knowledge of all Microsoft packages
  • Ability to prioritise and work under tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy
  • Positive approach and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to demonstrate client-facing experience
  • Previous work experience will be considered an advantage
