In this role, you will connect with new clients to provide tailored advice on business insurance and employee benefits, while strengthening bonds with existing clients through cross-selling. You will develop your profile to become the go-to expert in life and business protection both internally and externally.
- Advising on solutions including key person insurance and shareholder protection to ensure business continuity during unforeseen circumstances.
- Assessing business clients' needs and recommending suitable products aligned with their goals.
- Acting as intermediaries between insurance companies and clients.
- Explaining various policy options, recommending appropriate coverage amounts, and guiding clients toward insurance products that best suit their individual or business needs.
Demonstrable experience as an advisor on Life Insurance, Key Person Insurance, Shareholder Protection, and Employee Benefits, specifically within a commercial setting or the SME (Small and Medium Enterprise) sector.
A well-founded understanding of the fundamentals of Insurance and its legal context and operation of the Insurance marketplace.
A strong understanding of life insurance, corporate protection products, and other solutions designed to safeguard assets, manage debt, and secure income.
Strong relationship building, influencing and team building skills.
Proficient in financial analysis and economic principles to manage policies and claims.
Ability to use software for statistical analysis and predictive modelling.
