The Role

You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering the marketing strategy for Christie Finance and Christie Insurance. This is an exciting opportunity to lead multi‑channel campaigns, enhance brand presence, and drive measurable business growth. In this role, you will work closely with the senior leadership team across both sectors, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner. A key part of your responsibilities will be managing a team of three, ensuring alignment with sector objectives and fostering a high-performance culture.

You will take ownership of reporting and analysis, preparing detailed performance reports and insights to support data-driven decision‑making. Additionally, you will present findings and strategic recommendations to the board, influencing key business decisions and shaping future direction.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of three, providing guidance, support, and development to ensure delivery of marketing objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to senior leadership and the board, clearly communicating campaign performance, insights, and strategic recommendations.
  • Produce detailed reports and dashboards, analysing multi‑channel campaign performance and market trends to inform decision-making.
  • Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, contributing to sector planning and aligning marketing initiatives with business objectives.
  • Monitor and report on KPIs, providing actionable insights to optimise marketing effectiveness.
  • Lead in the development and delivery of national campaigns for a broad customer base from small to medium businesses to corporate clients.
  • Manage the creation of compelling branded materials including digital and print whilst collaborating with our internal design team.
  • Produce and refine copy for websites, brochures, reports, events, adverts, banners and presentations.
  • Create high-impact campaigns for press and social content.
  • Plan, manage events; exhibitions, awards and report launches.
  • Gather, analyse feedback to map customer journey to foster a truly client‑centric approach.
  • Monitor competitor activity to better position our services.
  • Support CRM strategy, enhancing segmentation, insight and data-driven decision making.
  • Identify opportunities for cross‑selling.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create persuasive and compelling pitch documents to secure new business.
  • Partner with other sector marketing managers to share best practices and deliver high quality campaigns.

  • Previous experience within a similar marketing role within professional services; financial services and property preferred.
  • Previous experience managing a team.
