The role is to set up your own Talent Agency with Full Financing and Full Operational Support. There will be a share of revenues with the firm but is the most generous model and only model of its kind in the Industry.
The business will be yours, in name and fully run by yourselves with no oversight management. Essentially this is setting up your own business with a \’financial security blanket\’
The TM needs to be clearing a significant amount of commission from their roster – £600,000 or more annually. This is essential.
Their key clients need to be a sure bet that they will follow the TM.
Overview:
A new way of doing business for Talent Managers: neither a big agency, nor a lonely,
standalone business.
Instead: your own fully functioning business, built in your image, but part of a bigger network (with all the positive effects that will bring).
The boring time-consuming parts taken care of. Leaves the manager free to
concentrate on the important, lucrative parts: bringing in more deals for their
clients; giving their clients the best service.
Talent Managers are underpaid at big agencies. This will let them take home a
bigger share of their spoils. An ‘eat what you kill’ model similar to very common and
successful business models in the financial world.
Remuneration will be significantly more appealing than in a traditional
agency model.
TMs can take quarterly bonuses and/or reinvest in their business. The opportunity to
scale up, hire junior talent managers is significant
Talent Managers hit capacity constraints if they do set up on their own. It is often lonelier and not as lucrative as hoped. Spending time chasing invoices takes managers away from the real work. It is hard to grow beyond a few clients and even harder to have the finances to expand. This will not be the case with this opportunity.
For the Talents, all of the upside of concentrated and excellent service from a manager they love, not being ‘just a number’ in a big agency, but with the network effects of being part of this ecosystem.
For the manager, support from the team, so you are not ‘on your own’. Guidance, assistance, and the chance to grow their own business. More financing can be provided for new hires etc.
The model is transparent. There are no hidden costs or vague promises. They will detail exactly how the spoils will be shared, and have monthly calls/presentations so the manager knows exactly where they are. It is even a chance for the TM to learn about business, accounting, financing and thus grow their skill sets.
They have all the tools required for the TM to be the best: full-stack CRM, google
workspace, deal tracker, AI… Contract reading solution to come in 1Q26… If we can
improve processes we will.
