Purpose of the Role:

This role forms an integral part of the Christie & Co Healthcare Team (Brokerage, Consultancy and Valuations) in the United Kingdom and across our European offices. It will support the Team with comprehensive research and data tools across a wide range of data and topics, aiding with research and data collation for active consultancy projects.

About the Team:

You will work within the Healthcare Consultancy team, fostering close working relationships with the Brokerage, Valuation, and International teams, and collaborating with other departments to cross-sell business and provide reports for pitches and client presentations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Tackle with enthusiasm and discipline the undertaking of research and the retrieval of relevant, reliable data.
  • Review and collate data in Excel, presenting outcomes clearly.
  • Combine individual excellence to undertake projects independently and work in the context of larger assignments.
  • Regular market and competition monitoring to maintain in-depth and timely market knowledge.
  • Support management in drafting commercial proposals.
  • Ensure responsive communication to customer requests and timely follow-up on project leads.
  • Pro-actively engage with our brokerage team to leverage their transactional market knowledge.
  • Develop and maintain productive relationships with the Christie & Co consulting team.
  • Conduct thorough market reviews in support of projects and focused industry publications.
  • Critically contribute to consultancy projects.
  • Promote and represent the Christie & Co brand at professional events and client meetings.
  • Demonstrate high quality and professional standards of Christie & Co.

Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (2:1 or above) in Economics, Maths, Real Estate or another relevant field.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of self-review and organisation.
  • Ability to adjust focus and depth of research according to project requirements.
  • Management of multi-tasking and dynamic reprioritisation.
  • Ability to work independently while seeking feedback and sourcing expertise within the team.
  • Passion for the industry and a keen attitude towards learning and self-development.
  • Self-starter with a positive attitude and desire to achieve success as a team.
  • Professionalism and consistent business etiquette internally and externally.
