Purpose of the Role: This role forms an integral part of the Christie & Co Retail & Leisure Team and will support the Team with comprehensive research of data sources and use of data tools. To become the person responsible for the records in our Salesforce based Customer Relationship Management System (IBIS), ensuring that all data is accurate and up to date for Retail & Leisure matters.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing records within IBIS, adding and editing as required
  • Using external data sources to ensure data is correct including Nimbus Maps, Companies House, Land Registry, Google, social media, third party aggregating databases and online resources
  • Researching multiple platforms for information pertaining to ownership
  • Merging duplicated records
  • Cross matching properties with owners with companies
  • Archiving records that are no longer valid or updating them as required
  • Adding records where required
  • Liaising with the wider team to ensure that essential data is correctly entered
  • Retrieving data in various reporting formats from Ibis for various uses
  • Gathering information from teams to update IBIS
  • Ensuring that the IBIS system holds high-quality, reliable data and can be used for data analytics purposes

Working Relationships and Contacts: You will report direct to the Managing Director – Retail & Leisure, but also work collaboratively with Regional Directors, the sector Analyst & PA. You will also have direct contact with the wider team.

Skills and Experience:

  • A good eye for detail
  • Excellent (advanced) Excel skills
  • GCSEs or equivalent at grade C or above in Maths and English
  • Proficient in use of Microsoft Office 365 applications
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organised and self-motivated
  • Knowledge of the property industry
  • Working at a good pace
