The Role
You will support and assist the Retail & Leisure Valuation team with the day-to-day management of Valuation Services. This person will be working closely with the Retail & Leisure Director of valuations on a daily basis with the key goal of completing Valuation work for a strong client base. Secondary relationships will be to support the wider medical team should assistance be required on both Valuation and Agency basis. The candidate will be encouraged to assist with external Client meetings to help build their own client/contact base and help generate business for the team. The candidate will be encouraged to attend all social events both internally and externally to maintain a strong work/life balance.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with on-site surveys to include property inspections and measurements
- Carrying out technical valuation work across all medical sectors
- Preparing detailed reports
- Working towards the completion of APC to include Level 3 (L3) Valuation
- Present and promote Christie & Co as a professional organisation with the highest standards of excellence
- Take ownership of tasks ascribed, working to deliver value added outputs of a high standard
- Contribute to the development of Christie & Co's corporate image and perception as a whole by demonstrating quality, consistency, and reliability
- Comply with company policies regarding Equal Opportunities, Health & Safety, Data Protection and Environmental Impact
What we are looking for:
The suitable candidate for this role would bring:
- An RICS accredited Real Estate degree
- Have a full UK Driving License
- Report writing skills
- If you have previous work experience within Valuation this would be beneficial
- Previous experience working within professional services is desirable
