Purpose of the Role: To support and assist the Retail & Leisure Valuation team with the day-to-day management of Valuation Services.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with on-site surveys to include property inspections and measurements
- Carrying out technical valuation work across all medical sectors
- Working towards the completion of APC to include Level 3 (L3) Valuation
Working Relationships and Contacts: This person will be working closely with the Retail & Leisure Director of valuations on a daily basis with the key goal to complete Valuation work for a strong client base. The candidate will be encouraged to assist with external Client meetings to help build their own client/contact base and help generate business for the team.

Person Specification:
Skills and Experience:- Hold a valid UK Driving License; Essential
- Previous work experience within Valuation; Desirable
- Previous experience working within professional services; Desirable
