Christians Against Poverty (CAP) is seeking a Head of Policy & Stakeholder Engagement to lead policy influence, public affairs and sector engagement across the UK. The role reports to the Chief Mission Officer and leads two managers, shaping CAP’s voice with policymakers, regulators and partners.

You will drive evidence-based positions, secure sector funding and steer campaigns that promote accessible debt advice, while managing reputational risks and working across teams to deliver CAP’s objectives.
