This home is located on the outskirts of Gateshead and Newcastle. It is just two mins walk to open countryside where there is access to a lake and woodland. Newcastle and Gateshead town centres are approximately 5 mins by car, 25 mins drive to the seaside with fabulous beaches and 20 mins to the Northumberland National Park and Hadrian’s Wall. Europe’s biggest shopping mall – The Metro Centre – is less than a mile away! This is a wonderful area with numerous and varied attractions and places of interest to suit all tastes and all ages.

The bungalow has a large lounge and sizable study/sitting room. One of the double bedrooms is an upstairs dormer with ensuite bathroom, and the other two bedrooms are downstairs. They are within a 15 min walk to shops and eating places, and 15 min drive to their church.

The back garden is enclosed and completely private. There is a large lawn, patio and conservatory. Garden furniture, a children’s play den, and barbecue are available, as are a few garden games such as swing ball and badminton. From late morning to late evening, the sun is in the back garden making it a lovely place to hang out!

Tyneside Church Central is a small but very friendly community church about 3 miles from their home.
