Facilities: Downstairs is a family room with a piano, pool table, and a range of games. The good-sized lounge has a TV & fibre broadband. The well-equipped kitchen/diner seats 6. They have an attractive front garden and an enclosed rear garden, mostly laid to lawn, with a selection of childrenβs garden games equipment suitable for ages 9+, including an outdoor table tennis table with balls and bats, a football goal, and a basketball hoop.
The family attends the (IEFC) Emmanuel Church in Leamington Spa where about 250 people meet for the morning services and 100 in the evening.
