This 1950\’s semi-detached house is situated in a quiet area close to the River Thames and Richmond Park. Kingston is a charming outer London suburb, an historic town by the Thames, offering many amenities and good transport links to the city centre.

The house comprises:

  1. Downstairs: large kitchen/dining room with a separate comfortable seating area, living room, shower room & loo.
  2. Upstairs: family bath/shower room and bedrooms.

French doors in the dining room open onto a patio with a table and chairs. Two steps lead down to a lawn, ideal for children to play. At the end of the lawn, a summer house contains garden toys and comfortable furniture. Toys include a space hopper, hula-hoop, tunnel, mega blocks, and a swing.
