The house comprises:
- Downstairs: large kitchen/dining room with a separate comfortable seating area, living room, shower room & loo.
- Upstairs: family bath/shower room and bedrooms.
French doors in the dining room open onto a patio with a table and chairs. Two steps lead down to a lawn, ideal for children to play. At the end of the lawn, a summer house contains garden toys and comfortable furniture. Toys include a space hopper, hula-hoop, tunnel, mega blocks, and a swing.

St Paul\’s Kingston is about a 15-minute walk from the house. There are 3 or 4 services each Sunday; including a family service at 10.30am with over 100 attendees, a traditional service at 9am, and a quieter service at 6.30pm.
