Reference number 1303. Home to a couple looking to house-swap mainly in school holidays, but Fridays to Tuesdays also. This home is on a quiet estate of bungalows with good access to the coast, A1 & A19 motorways. Beautiful open moorland and broad sandy beaches are within easy and quick reach of Newcastle. There is an efficient public transport system with local buses & Metro trains to the city centre and the coast. Major supermarkets are within 1 mile.

The double bedroom is on the ground floor as well as reception rooms & the bathroom. Upstairs is the twin room which has access to a separate bathroom with toilet & shower. Lots of children’s toys and games are available.

The enclosed back garden is mostly laid to lawn with flower borders, has table & chairs, and a water feature. The south facing garden is quiet, not overlooked and is very relaxing.

The couple attend Heaton Baptist Church which is a large, informal, family-friendly fellowship with junior church & youth groups for 0 -18 yr olds.
