Registered Nurse (RN) – 5W Medical Telemetry.
Day Shift – Hours 7 a. m. to 7 p. m. Weekend and holidays per department guidelines.
Christiana Care – Wilmington Hospital seeks an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for our 5W Medical Telemetry Unit.
The Unit
4N is a Medical Stepdown Unit caring for patients with diagnoses affecting all systems: pneumonia, COPD, heart failure, stroke, changes in mental status, diabetes, wounds, UTI, pancreatitis, cellulitis.
The patient population includes adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients.
The unit provides staff with various learning experiences in a fast‑paced environment.
Working on a mixed‑acuity unit will allow you to be ACLS certified, learn from critical and emergent patient situations, and use best‑practice techniques from evidence‑based care.

Education & Experience
- Delaware RN License or Compact Nursing License.
- BSN preferred or commitment to obtaining BSN within 3 years of hire date.
- RN must have a minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in a Medical‑Surgical (Med‑Surg) unit within a hospital setting to be considered.
